Benefits of Special Event Videography
Videography captures the moments and emotions of your special day, allowing you to relive them anytime. A well-crafted video provides a high-quality, lasting memory that you can cherish for years to come. Your day is a once-in-a-lifetime event—make sure it’s beautifully preserved.
We offer:
- Professional, unobtrusive special event videography. We stay out of your way so you can concentrate on your event unfolding.
Working indoors or out. - Multiple HD Sony cameras, including 4K, with low light sensors, therefore allowing us to shoot in available light so artificial lights are not needed.
- High quality Tascam personal digital recorders and microphones. These mics are clipped onto anyone speaking. They’re hardly visible and sound great.
- Tascam recorders with a live mic on a stand for audience reaction and another recorder that can be plugged into a DJ’s board or the like.
- Editing on an updated computer customized for 4K video using Davinci Resolve latest version program.
We can produce...
- Highlights or create a montage of your event with music licensed by Soundstripe.
- A documentary-style video which shows your event just as it happened.

Factors Influencing the Cost of Event Video Production
Understanding the key factors that impact pricing can help you plan your budget effectively:

Duration – Longer events typically cost more due to extended filming hours.
Number of Cameras – Multi-camera setups enhance quality but increase costs.
Editing – More complex edits (effects, transitions, music) require additional time and expertise.
