Lindsey and Scottie’s Wedding and Reception

We captured Lindsey and Scottie’s wedding and reception at the Taubman Museum.  Despite the blustery weather outside there was plenty of warmth inside as the beautiful ceremony commenced.  Each of the three bridesmaids took their turns at walking down the lighted grand staircase.  When Lindsey finally made her way down she was quite the sight to behold in her beautiful dress and long flowing hair.  Her father met her at the bottom and escorted her around to proceed down the aisle.

The ceremony proceeded beautifully and Maggie, the officiant, included special thanks to each set of parents for raising such wonderful children to be married.  Once Maggie pronounced Lindsey and Scottie husband and wife the guests broke out into applause.  The remainder of the evening was filled with celebration and dancing.  They finished their evening with a sparkler exit just outside next to the front street.  There was slight rain, but everyone’s spirits were higher than ever.
