Laura and Johnathan’s wedding and reception

We captured Laura and Johnathan’s wedding and reception  at Doe Creek Farm in rural Giles County, Virginia.  It was an incredibly beautiful day as we shot this gorgeous ceremony.  Using six cameras to capture their wedding, this method allowed us plenty of footage later for editing.  The weather worked in our favor, granting us many beautiful shots.  No rain, just beautiful sunshine with the right breeze flowing through.  Following their wedding was a trip to the orchard right there on the farm, affording us even more incredible footage to capture.

After the orchard the reception got underway for an evening of celebration and fun.  Once the pastor blessed the meal dinner was then served.  As everyone was finishing dinner a speech was made from the man who gave a scripture reading from the wedding.  He had inadvertently played match maker for the couple.  Following this the shoe game was played and not one, but two cakes were cut.  Finally, their sparkler exit finished their special day perfectly.  Laura and Johnathan’s wedding and reception were quite the success!
